Fine Timescale Adjustment v 1.0

This mod makes it possible to fine tune the time scale. This makes it possible to adjust the time scale from 0-15 in steps of 1, from 15 to 30 in steps of 5, in 10 and 20 steps up to 240.
At a time scale of “0” is the time stopped (the time is not completely stopped, it runs only very slowly. (Otherwise it is not possible) That is, it goes by about an hour of ingame every 1000 minutes in multiplayer, the time scale can only be changed by the host or by someone who is logged in as admin.
The default time setting is held down with CTRL and 5 (down) and 6 (up).
