Relocates the “Vehicle Schema” to any corner of the screen.

[Keyboard Inputs]:
*Toggle the Help Menu (F1) to update position after using the following:
– “right ctrl” + “0” = Top Left (Original Position)
– “right ctrl” + “1” = Top Right
– “right ctrl” + “2” = Bottom Right
– “right ctrl” + “3” = Bottom Left
