CASE IH 1255/1455 XL V1.0.5

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, today I am making my Case IHC 1255/1455 XL available to you.

What was done:
RealSmoke only uses one exhaust variant (the others will follow)
Complete dirt overhaul as well as inside and outside
Improved outside lights (in my eyes the more realistic ones)
Several tire configurations (Trelleborg, Michelin, etc.)
iFarm Dashboard (display of the fill level of the connected device)
Several engine configurations (original and somewhat tuned)
SimpleIC and universal passanger installed
