– Mercenaries (helpers) must learn and gain experience, thereby increasing the speed of their work and, of course, their wages.
– The employee is your employee, you, in principle, must pay the base rate regardless of whether he is busy with any work for you
or not. When calculating the amount of wages, the acceleration of time does not matter: 60 € / h both in real time and 60 € / h with acceleration x120.
– This involves economic thinking, and not just hiring assistants, only if you really need them on an ongoing basis.

In mulitplayer, the helpers suddenly start working without a farmer hiring them. Or they decline to farm because the field is not owned, although it correctly is owned, and then they are listed as working (Mod), what does that mean? How can they be moved back in to leisure? Once hired they are being paid.
Just out of interest, why are the helpers able to learn baleing??? when helpers cant do baleing. and also, it might help to change the peramiters slightly. For instance, you have a helper with 45% experience, yet he or she only has low % on everything else. Does not make sense to me, just saying. Apart from that it’s a good mod, I use it a lot.
