Hall with silo v 3.0

This is a hall with silos for wood chips, potatoes and sugar beet. Also space for pallets.

Textures adapted and bugs fixed, light sources adapted, light can now be manually controlled

New goals with light, decoration has come too, trigger has been postponed.
