Mod seems to require the 1.3 update…. somehow. If you go into the moddesc.xml and change the “descVersion=”43″ to descVersion=”40” or 41 or 42 (doesn’t really matter, as long as it’s older than your version… I think 40 is launch, 41 is 1.1, 42 is 1.2.)
It’ll work fine after you change that. (I’m still on 1.2)
