the front tire is suck in the ground . can some one fix this?

Can someone please fix this mower? I think it has been abandoned
Yep was excited to try this mower. But like others have said when you buy it the front wheels are stuck in the ground and no other controls work. No steering, no beacons, the headlights stay on and cant turn them off. No turn signals. I am no Modder but wish I was but if you can make this all one piece it would be better too. Not sure what else I could use this tool for after I detach the mower head.
Looks good but just needs to work. I hope you all can fix it cause I love the look of the Mower.
it dosent move

The machine and the mower’s header are both for me in the implement mowers section of the store, and the mower itself has both the front wheels stuck in the ground and cannot get it unstuck.
Actually the wheels are not stuck I have the pick up anything mod it’s just it can’t move
